Adelle Deriquito is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree from Northwestern University. She studied Clinical Counseling with a specialization in children and adolescents. While in Chicago, Adelle was a drama club teacher for battered women and children. This began her desire to help individuals heal and grow from their trauma. Along with this, Adelle is currently receiving her training as a yoga teacher. The discipline informs her psychotherapy practice in numerous ways. She integrates breathwork, grounding techniques, and meditation in her sessions with clients. These tools empower clients by teaching them highly effective ways to regulate their nervous system. Her work targets clients with a range of emotional disturbances and mood disorders.
She is committed to learning the needs of the community and is opening her practice to helping individuals and couples navigate ethical non-monogamous relationships. Furthermore, Adelle encourages clients to foster inner strength and compassion for themselves throughout their healing journey.
I am committed to helping you live a more meaningful life that aligns with your values and highest purpose.
