We have thousands of thoughts a day. Sometimes it seems like our thoughts, memories, and emotions of sadness, worry, confusion, irritability, anger, self-doubt (to name a few!) are all consuming. This can leave us feeling stuck and prevent us from finding meaning and contentment in our daily lives. I believe we can honor our thoughts, memories, and emotions, no matter how painful, while working toward healing in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.

I work with adult clients across the life span. Depending on the needs of the client, I use an integrative, collaborative approach within a psychodynamic framework to work with the client to understand the roots of the client’s pain and work toward healing and a sense of wholeness. I work with adults who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and/or general dissatisfaction with their lives.

I believe strongly in unconditional regard and the power of repair when we can express ourselves and be seen and heard and understood. I encourage feedback if I get something wrong. Empathy, curiosity, understanding, and a sense of humor are what I strive to offer in the therapeutic space . Please call for a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
